Can write Unlocked modem to Locked Unite

i have LS777 ZV9/ZVA network locked phones , and have another LS777 ZV6 unlocked also , can i write ZV6 unlocked modem to ZV9 locked phone ? is it possible and without any damage

pls clearify this
