Samsung j510fn totaly dead

J510fn was brought to my repair shop to remove FRP.
Firmware installed on board was 7.1.1 J510FNXXU2BQK8.
1. I turned the mobile into download mode.
2. Flashed COMBINATION_FA60_J510FNXXU2APK1_CL7558903_QB114736 45_REV00_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar
After successful operation of flashing phone is totaly dead.

Now, not recognized by computer.. No reaction.
Not booting.
Starts from 130mA, then constant 90mA...
I have no idea how to fix it.
