After alot of trys
I unlocke my phone succesfuly by SigmaKey 2.27.09

first turn off your device and plug the device to the computer (and wait the drivers installing )
open SigmaKey 2.27.09
choose qualcomm and Choose your model number (OT5054O) from phone model
Choose your port number from the other sides
click DirectUnlock in the under
wait the process to complete and every thing will be OK
