KII-L05 dead after region info change

Hello ,
I have this device KII-L05 also known as GR5 dead and now shows as

in my device list , after I changed the region information like I always do and did many times , this is the first device that got bricked , I put the device in

manufacturer mode

selected the information I wanted to change the process started and finished , the device restarted then stuck at the state that I mentioned above Qualcomm 9006 port , I need the team help to revive this device urgently , thank you
