blackberry Q20 classic Sqc100-1 dead - SOLVED

i am trying to Remove BlackBerry Protect from Blackberry Q20 sqc100-1

but process failed on 2%....

then trying to flash but fail on also 2%

and now not connect with chimera

" Blackberry @20 Classic SQC100-1 ( Boot)
Error while sending loader : usb send timed out. "


Please help
Phone is now only red blinking ....
