Full Flash Read of Sony Ericsson LT18i [Answered]

Hi,
I'm wondering anybody has any ideas who my LT18i (Sony Ericsson Arc) isn't reading the flash.

I'm getting the phone to connect via the test points, but then I'm getting stuck at the following screen:

Platform: SE Qualcomm
Selected model: LT18i
Please, reconnect battery, attach testpoint and connect USB cable...OK
Please, disconnect testpoint.
Sending loader...OK
Waiting for loader..

I've tried with and without the battery. And on both Win XP and Win 10 machine (don't have access to a 7 machine as yet)

Is there any reason why it would not load? (The phone is PIN locked)
