M8s no RUU mode

I have an HTC M8s stuck on logo.
I can enter bootloader mode but cannot perform s-off or change CID.
After it does the initial reading at simlock menu it doesn't reboot to bootloader or hboot to finish the process.

The phone wont enter RUU mode at all so I cannot flash it at least.

In bootloader it say Software status modified
