Hi, I have a serious problem with samsung j200m I try unlock with z3x but the samsung tool show me this message

I installed all drivers and the samsung tool read normaly the phone, but e problem started when I typed *#0808# and selected 'DM+MODEM+ADB' I return the default option but now samsung tool can´t read the phone only read when I flashing with the firmware
