Hi, i tried to Unlock this phone J500M the instruccions says
3. Type *#9090# and select 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
At this point the phone was recognized by the PC ok, but after click in the activate diag function the phone restarted and the pc doesnt recognize it anymore, i try to hard reset but still the same, i want to load the entire firmware but even in download mode the PC doesnt detect the phone.
What can i do now? :(
