huawei G8 bricked Rio-al00.board firmware not flashing

assalamualaikum

Guyz i have G8 rio-al00 in bricked condition.

i tried to flash it with board firmware
RIO-L01_M105_Board Software_general_Android 5.1_EMUI 3.1_05021TJY
when i phone connect with sigma to flash it gives this error

Connecting....Error opening serial port
