Until this time, I used the z3x box in Windows 10 very comfortably. I have not been able to download anything from the shell for 2 weeks. I click 2 times so it stays. there is no movement. I've formatted at least 5 times on the computer. I downloaded and installed the samsung tool pro from the external links. but it is not opening. the boot screen comes on and then off. You can help your friends.
