dear team can you please tell me the reason i have been trying to extract data from a vs425 phone from the morning it would get to 25 percent or 20 then the program would say no smartcard found please help me its bothering me and i havent been able to extract all the data yet i tried extracting one file at a time but it does the same thing when i get to a 100 mb file in 26 percent can you please tell me what the problem is??
