Sigma Box locked

My sigma got locked again on a brand new computer with only sigma installed and every driver, I did 100 phones and it got locked. why do my sigma boxes keep getting locked?? is there a limit to how many phones u can do??

The usb ports work perfect, i just tried my 5th sigma on this computer and it works fine. please help, thanks. S/N: 135661562
