vs450pp connected as removable disk

dear great team how can i fix this problem its lg vs450pp and when i try to put it into download mode it doesnt work but when i connect it to laptop using a usb cable it connects as removable disk and it shows these files in that removable disk and the size is 63.9MB is there anyway to fix it using medusa pro here are the screenshots
