Alcatel 4013x phone lock

I have 2x alcatel 4013x with phone lock.
I try to conect the phone off to usb cable but the phone stays with "alcatel" on screen but the pc dont detect. If i power on the pc detect phone one "mtp".
is possible to remove this lock?
