card banned please help

my card has banned with message as below '

I has contact sales reseller they answer :
violation user agreement. Interfering with server operation.
too may retries for same phone.

may be root cause I try to unlock g965f but not success an try many time.

Please help me to solving this issue... i will not make same mistake again
