Galaxy S6 G920F Remove Samsung Account

Hello folks,

i've got a 920F here with samsung reactivation lock. It has G920FXXU6ERC1 firmware.

i've succesfully followed the following steps (except for step 4):

To reset Google account activation or Samsung reactivation lock:
1. Power on the phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
2. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
3. Press 'Reset FRP/React/EE' to deactivate Google/Samsung/EE account activation lock.
4. After phone reboot, go to settings and perform factory reset.
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.31.5.1

But after rebooting every 'app' has stopped working.
So that means it's impossible to execute step 4. Is there any workaround this?
