HTC 10 bootloop

Hi,

Can anyone help me regarding this strange problem with HTC 10 pmewl 2ps6500, stuck at bootloop, soff, supercid, flashed with numerous RUU.zip and exe, stock recovery and twrp wipe reports error can't mount /devlog
