Huawei Mate 9 MHA-AL00 no manifacture mode

can someone explain why the manifacture mode won't work on my mate 9 mha-al00 hisilicon china version. I tried many times *#*#2846579#*#* but wont show the menu .. I need to repair imei with sigma!
