Last night I unlocked an S7 Job ID 337162324, this failed, then I unlocked on Job No. 37161524. I made a test call and phone seemed to work fine. I returned to customer. He then did a factory reset and the phone failed to restart! "security failed" I am waiting for the phone to be returned for rectification. can any one help me as I will need to repair this phone quickly. Can you suggest files I can download in preparation?
I am hoping that I can merely reflash with the stock firmware?
Is there a log somewhere that I can obtain the serial number so nI can at least download the stock firmware?
