when i try and unlock g930f get error message

hi all,

im using z3xpro 31.5.1. to unlock g930f via read codes diag. i have credits on server.

i get the following message
Exception: Out of memory
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.31.5.1.

my z3x box is all updated

any one any ideas
