please i have this zte k85 tablet v5.0.2 when i insert a sim card it says no service so i think its to be unlock. i have tried with sigma box to unlock but ists asking for root please can you help me with the possible solutions. cause the manual says it should be in ftm mode i have tried over and over it does not go in to ftm moder
