H900 no network

Have unlocked this phone with z3x , now phone not find network, if i try to make a call phone give a popup message : "To place a call,first turn off Airplane mode" , but airplane is off.
Have tryed to find network manualy ,when i press "Seartch networks" automaticaly give message "Error while sarching for networks".
If i try emergency call number i have message : Emergency call Turning on Radio...
