Lenovo A2016a40 from O2 UK Permanently Locked

did get one Lenovo A2016a40 from O2 UK to unlock before the process was in phone A2016a40_S_USR_S407_1702202030_MP3V1_8G_O2_UK firmware, but phone was permanently locked, so did install A2016a40_USR_S235_1705052115_MP3V1_8G_ROW and that did not help (phone still permanently locked), so did buy PACK1 to my Sigmakey and activate it and than did use direct unlock function via ADB (did root phone using twrp/supersu)

but it read only 8digits unlock code (44602249) and phone need 16digits code...dear supportres, please fix this in some next releases, at the end, me did fully formatted the phone using SPFlashtool and than restored NVBackup and phone is fully unlocked and working...
