need help to remove FRP on 9024W

I can get the tablet in diagnostic mode, and i get the port in sigmakey, however when I goto QCOM/SERVICE/ and click 'remove FRP', it just hangs on "Phone model: OT-9024W"

what else can i do ?

please help
