Samsung G532M 16Gb unlock help

Hi, everyone! I am receiving a G532M 16Gb for unlock, but in 2 times before I just flash with G532MUMU1APIG firmware and phones become totally dead, no download mode, no charging, totally boot dead, several times try to recover with RIFF and z3x easy tool with no sucessful results. I want to unlock this unit, but I cant root it without flashing, but I dont wanna to kill another phone.
I tried to "read codes" with z3x, but in a point of process, software ask for "ramdump mode" and phone doesn't go to this mode, I tried to do it manually withouth sucess:
