SM-G950u ATT unlocked wipe based BUT STILL LOCKED

Hello, I have SM-G950u ATT locked.. I used chimera unlocked wipe based but the phone is still locked and the imei changed.
Phone only shows searching. Phone updated with latest firmware but still SIM not working.. Phone does not even ask for code anymore.

Any help will be appreciated.
