g925i imei null urgent

hi to all
i have a problem after unlock operation the phone become imei null unknow baseband
i d'ont have a efs and cert buckup
and the phone have 7.0 and bootloader u4
i dont find any combination u4 on support
any ody have idea and help me to fix that
