LG V20 H990 Kill Switch

Hey.
Currently LG V20 H990 has passcode on it, am trying to make Factory Reset and stuck on screen Factory Reset is disabled by Kill Switch.

Download mode same messege : Download is disabled by Kill Switch.

Any Solution?
