Medusa Pro Card Not Found

help me i can not install my Medusa Pro it Say Card Not Found

i Try All The Guide but Still My Card not Found.

i Also Use Medusa Card Update but it Say; No Card Found

Please Help Me

i am Using Windows 10 Pro 32bit.
