one of my z3x box samsung pro edition is not functioning . when i run shell and check smart card info it shows fine. when i run hardware wizard it gives me option to check smart card info only.
when i try to download any files then it just freezes. When i run samsung tool pro software a box will prompt with program damaged message.
How to solve this problem!
BTW its not my computer or os problem. if i connect another z3x box then it will run without any problem.
