Erroractivation xtc2clip

Dear gsm forum

I can,t use my xtc2clip since 3 days ago it says

activation is not possible on this clip (90041166) please contact support.
I formatted used Win32DiskImager with image2015 and image2017s. I also changed the flex cable wit a new one but the problem still exist.
can you help me please
