G955F / S8+ - no network signal issue

Hy guys, I have an issue with S8+ - it has no signal as seen in the picture ( https://imgur.com/a/ILJUXTw ) . The IMEI and other info is fine. Any ideas on software issues that I can fix before I will open and search for hardware issues ? Thanks.
