Is J327P (j327pvpu3aql3) supported or not ?

I have read over 20 posts here and no one ever has a solution that actually works.

Is it possible to:

a) remove FRP on j327pvpu3aql3

and

b) unlock j327pvpu3aql3 for GSM use ?

If I need a certain sboot or flash file, please post it along with the solution. I have four of these I need to get unlocked.
