j700h Problem faced after screen lock

My Samsung Galaxy j700h :cool:

1-after the screen goes off or after I lock-it by pressing the power button it won't light up again:eek:

2- home key and back all putton not working:mad:
......
flashing combination file all working good
lcd and putton and light :)
..........
flash official software
all problem is back :(
