Samsung g610f flashing error USERDATA section... Writing Firmware Failed

hi
phone came with frp and info of download show it has custom firmware
i removed frp
and when trying to flash stock firmware it always stuck in user data at 7% then fail
if i flash with out user data no issue
phone work ok
my question why this error happen
