U11 Life help needed

Hey,please help me with the steps you did to unlock your htc u11 t-mobile.I did go to u11(old) tab and flashed recovery and then did copy files then pressed start and rebooted to OS :

Phone DISconnected
Operation finished
Phone connected [HT7B61C03379] *** ADB mode
Sending reboot recovery
Phone connected [HT7B61C03379] *** Fastboot mode
Your phone should restart now and the process will continue. Please watch it on your phone!

phone reboots to show only options to reboot phone or reboot into recovery or download mode or power down,there is no process on the phone shows on.
please help me
