I would like to understand what is happening with this company.
The site's support system simply does not work, when we send the response the page is just loading, so we have to send the message again and try to *******te again, and the message gets completely badly formatted and messy:

We have two problems currently, the first one you have charge 109 credits and provided a code on model SCV39, the code was obtained by reading (read code), when we insert the code it says "unlock success" message, but the phone simply says it is still blocked when I put another carrier's chip (on its website it says SCV39 as supported), according to its support, it was freeze code problem and they had me try to read code again, according to you (support chimera), the 109 credits would not be charged again on the same phone, then I went again to get the phone with the client and start reading again, you charged me again 109 credits (AGAIN), returned error in reading code and nothing was refunded.

We are also having problems on the SM-N960F model, reading code simply returns fault, switch USB port, changed USB cable, and the problem still continues.
Support chimera is really time consuming and confusing, I should be with 226 credits at the time, charged me for a code that not unlocked the samsung SCV39, the support told me to try again that it would not charge again, I tried again and they charged me again 109 for one reading error, at this moment I am with 8 credits, unfortunate since I will have to wait several hours to get an answer.
Skype support (shensohau) simply about 5 days without me responding
At the moment I have both phones still blocked and with only 8 credits when in fact I should have 226
