Wrong or incomplete server reply received

I just to installed 2.28.06 sigmabox version, when i launch the exe file i obtain the following error:

SigmaKey v.2.28.06
Detected GsmServer S-Card products:

Wrong or incomplete server reply received: No es válido en el nivel superior del documento.

i uninstalled and rebooted computer, i did a clean installation, the only version i can execute is the last one i was using....

any idea to solve this problem....?
