j500h/G530h problem storage

hello friend,
one model have samsung J500H, ver 6.0.1 (3 pcs)

others have G530H, problem is storage full , and become very slow.


i make format, flashing, but after few days same problem storage full and slow both devices.


and i never install others any apps.


how solve this issue ?
