LG-D415 unlock

I read posts about unlocking this phone. I have this phone in hand to unlock, i don want do mistakes and first i am trying to create backup QCN, NVM but no luck reading this parameters. Anyway i have readed the full flash without problems.
The android version is 5.0.2 and software version is D415 20F
I am trying to read the phone (without root) but no success , check logs:

I have repeated operation and the result is the same. I have tryed in two diferent computers , one with WINXP other with WIN7 and same result.
I have checked and the version he phone have, not exist in support, is this version compatible to unlock? or is necessary downgrade? is save downgrae this model ?
Is necessary root to read QCN and SECURITY ?

I need orientation to safe unlock this phone.
