i choose E4 from verizon and it read the codes
but after read the codes...save or write the codes on paper and i made a master reset and the phone stuck on boot loop
i flashed using SOFTWARE UPGRADE ASSISTANT. from motorola
after that it askef for unlock code
i enter code and phone unlocked
