Samsung j710mn baseband gone help pls

pls help me a *******r brought a samsung j710mn he said he gave it to someone to unlocked but after he go for is baseband is gone and i think the person try to flash different modem on it but i try to flash BIT4 RB1 4files on it but after flash done still baseband not fixed pls i need help to solve it
