SM-N920C not register network

I read post and posts about this and not have sufucient clear answers, my phone aparently full working except not register in network. Apears the network barr. Dont make emergency call or other call. If i press *#0011# the IMEI Status : NG
I dont have any previous backup, i receive in this state.
Phone is not blacklisted.
Any ideia to put this phone working ?
