U11 Dual Repair

Hi!
I want to repair a HTC U11 Dual, but the problem is on the imei2.
model: htc_ocndugl
bootloader: unlocked

Android 7
Cant write download mode imei2
Part1:
Poweradapter Tab, Trusted Reboot-OK after that:
1. Checking phone connectivity.......
Phone connection confirmed!
HTC KEY CARD VERSION: 7

Only CID writing is success in this mode.
imei1 and imei2 shows also error.

Android 8
Poweradapter Tools - Copy files - Autodetect or Selected U11 ( 8) - Start selected operation
imei1 - ok
imei2 - Not ok
cid - ok
reset sw - ok
sim lock - ok
i think the problem is the used inside recovery with this method:
On the phone shows:

Phone is Single-SIM..........

Any advice XTC Team? :)
