20 Credits wasted, unlock not done need refund

Hello, i was trying to unlock Samsung s8 tmobile Carrier, first attemp failed and consumed credits, so ive try again to check if pone can be unlocked on the 2nd try and the same issue, Samsung tool pro show fail message, intent to connect 10 times and not working, 2nd attemp consumed another 10 credits, so wasted 20 credits and phone not unlocked, ill paste log here, thanks.
