again lost credits but not unlocked code!! j600g

during unlock operation of SM-J600G it stucks Waiting for server answer... not goes untill finish but after reset phone ,2nd time it done succesfully but it charge 2 times 10 + 10 = 20 credits . plz refund my lost extra 10 credits
