Please Help Can't unlock g930p. Need bit 6 or bit 7 Combination file

I have been trying with no success to unlock bit 6 Sprint S7 g930p. From what I am reading I need bit 6 or bit 7 combination file. Is this correct and are these files available anywhere. Thanks
