Samsung J727t1. Credit taken . phone still locked

I have a samsung J727t1 from metropcs. I choose unlock via server.

All went went and it says phone unlocked. it took my 5 credits

When I put in a sim card it says " network locked. please use device application to unlock the device".

Please advise.
