[F1] LG V10 T-Mobile Direct SIM/Network Unlock

I have a LG V10 H901 (v30d)

- Invalid IMEI (Which I Repaired!)

- It shows "Locked" after IMEI Repair
- rooted



- Does this mean network calibration has been touched?!

- Is it possible to Unlock directly or I need to write a CLEAN QCN before Unlock Operation?!
